Week 2
1.  Walk 10 minutes a day.
     a.  If weather is not good you can always walk up and down the stairs.
2.  Eat 2 fruits or vegetables a day.
     a.  Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day.
3.  Drink 3 glasses of water a day.
     a.  Please try to limit your soda intake.  I suggest 1 cheat day.
